This was an unusual project in that the client only knew what (his firm) wanted from a big picture perspective but they weren't certain what the little details would be. So it was a challenging assignment because there was so much room to maneuver and yet at the same time the client was very precise over what they would accept.

Nora expertly navigated this challenging landscape and was flexible as needed, which was often. The result was a very positive client experience, which is the best possible outcome.

Regarding her writing, it speaks for itself: professional, appropriate and very well done.

I had worked with Nora before and had high expectations, and they were all met. If there are future challenging projects I'd work with Nora again. I didn't need to manage her at all and was able to let her work independently. As a project manager, that kind of faith in a writer, from both a writing skills and a customer service perspective, is an invaluable combination.
