Do errors in public messages (TV/radio commercials, print ads, Web site copy, signs, shirts, etc.) catch your attention?  Are you completely oblivious to them?  Can certain references turn you off or distract you from a company's intended message?  Do grammar and/or punctuation choices challenge or frustrate you when creating public messages for your ads, online content, etc.?

We'd appreciate your input and insights!  Please take the "Your Observations and Opinions Regarding Public Messages in Business" survey and be a member of our initial focus group to study the impacts of errors and other details in written and spoken public messages in business.

Results will be made public throughout the year, on-site and elsewhere, via various educational presentations, workshops, articles and events.

Be sure to include your name and contact information at the end of the survey to be automatically entered to win a free digital copy of The $10,000 Apostrophe!
